Positive, The place is beautiful with high-standard decor. Our room had a balcony with lake views, a lovely surprise. The breakfast was extensive and really good. Luca was an amazing host, helping us find great dinner options. Can't wait to come back 😊

Overall it was a such great stay for proper holiday here. The staff was excellent when needed. Our accommodation was set in a central location next to restaurant, boat station and center. Furthermore, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a neoclassical temple. Enjoyed our stay, and recommend the hotel: D

The stuff was very welcoming, so I would happily return. Loved my really great stay for proper holiday here. Also, location was favourable, not very far from Cathedral of Como. Took a walk around city center, located relatively near the hotel.

I almost gave this place a good review, but the staff was completely uninterested in helping-so charming. And the unbearable noise from above made sleeping impossible. I expected a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, but apparently that's too much to ask for. Simply disgraceful. The only redeeming quality was the train station being a short walk away. What a pity!

The location was best possible for us!

the staff were extremely friendly and excellent, took care of us during 1 day stay. the room we had included a mini bar, climate control and an individual safe. it had bidet in the luxurious bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay as a solo traveler for two nights. The suite was stunning, featuring a beautiful claw bathtub that really added a touch of luxury. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the boardwalk along the lake, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The unique design of the hotel, coupled with the well-appointed room.

A paid 'lake view room' reveals more roof than lake!!! The narrow stairs to the second floor are a real hassle with luggage!!! Better signage for parking would be helpful amid the tourist traffic!!!
